01. This is an annual award. It spans from January to December and can be won once a year by all sites applying. Feel free to apply as many times as it takes for you to win.


02. All sites may apply. Hosted, un-hosted, domains. Commercial sites ok. Personal, fanlistings, directories, all are free to apply.


03. I'm not looking for sites that are viewed best in 'this' or 'that' browser. Just a high quality site that deserves an award for having a dedicated, hard-working webmaster/mistress.


04. If an award is won, it must be posted on your site and linked back to this site at http://www.passionate-eye.org/.


05. Awards may not be resized, colorized, or edited in any way, shape or form. If the award you are given is tampered with, you will be removed from the winner's list.
