| These are just a few pictures of my husband (then boyfriend) and myself that were taken mid-year 2002. We went to a lot of places and did a lot of fun things while we were dating. These pictures really do sum up our pre-married life. Each of these 10 pictures featured here has a caption to accompany it. |

| Taken in James' then backyard, overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, before seeing The Lion King musical at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood, California (Hollywood and Vine). The Hollywood Walk of Fame is right outside the theater so I got pictures of everyone's stars.. including Lucille Ball and Doris Day which I am thrilled to have. :) |

| Eating dinner at Moonshadows literally right over top of the water, right before seeing The Lion King. It was beautiful and very classy. Delicious food. If you're ever in Malibu, CA I would recommend this place without a doubt. |

| James and I posing on a rock on Point Dume Beach in Malibu. What the picture doesn't show is the both of us running to climb onto the rock before the next wave crashed against it as the tide was coming in. *lol* |

| While on Catalina Island, James and I climbed to the highest part of the Island, the Wrigley Memorial. (yes, the chewing gum guy) It was a lot of fun but there were so many steps.. and all of the gardens were on an incline leading up to the memorial. It was quite the workout but it had a beautiful view of the ocean once at the top. |

| James took this picture of me when I fell asleep on the Catalina Express on the way home. I was so exhausted and really sunburned. The heat in my skin and the steady rocking of the boat lulled me right to sleep. *g* It takes the boat an hour to get to the Island and an hour to get back, so I got a pretty good nap. |

| This picture was taken the night of the Catalina trip in Long Beach. We had dinner at Sir Winston's on the Queen Mary. My shoulders and chest were so burned in this picture that I had to put make-up on them so that I could look half-way decent in my dress. |

| This picture is of me with two of James' grandparents' dogs, Sam (left - now passed) and Mindy (right). The dog that's missing is Peanut (now passed). *g* She's a cute Jack Russel mix.. Ermm.. Picture a Jack Russel plus 40 pounds with a toy in her mouth and that's Peanut. *lol* |

| James and I with his grandparents. Aren't they cute? :) His grandmother makes beautiful quilts, including the one hanging on the wall in the background. His grandfather likes making wooden objects.. rocking horses.. puzzles.. tissue boxes.. a cuckoo clock, etc. I think he can make anything that he tries. *g* |

| This last picture is of James and I at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. We're standing right next to the sting ray tank. James took a picture of my butt while I was bending over petting them but I wasn't about the post that one. *lol* But you can imagine how furious I was when I got the pictures back and his eyes were closed in this one! Grr. *lol* It would've been a really good picture don't you think? |
